You will finish this course feeling confident about your ability to participate in a Yoga class.
As well as being able to retake any of the classes, you will have two recurring yoga workouts you can use over and over. One focused on improving your flexibility and one focused on improving your core strength.
You will have 12 practical recipes that can help get you eating healthier but you don't need to be a cooking master to prepare.
